Independent Entity for OHA Units

The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide OHA and its affiliates with independent entity services related to Project Based Voucher and Housing ChoiceVoucher units. The proposal deadline is Friday, April 11th, 2025.

OHA requires electronic submission of proposals through Ion Wave. Visit https://ohauthority.ionwave.net to register, view solicitation documents, ask questions, and submit a proposal.

Carefully read and follow all solicitation instructions. Incomplete or late submissions may be disqualified. OHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
