The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) hereby requests proposals from qualified firms to provide employee healthcare and benefits insurance broker and consultant services. To obtain a copy of the proposal documents, please contact OHA’s Procurement Department at contracts@ohauthority.org.

Packets will be available on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 8:00 A.M.

Pre-Proposal Conference on Thursday, February 13th, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. via Zoom. Link to be found in the RFP document.

Deadline for questions is Friday, February 28th, 2025 at 2:00 P.M.

Proposal submission deadline for the project is Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 2:00 P.M.

Please submit all proposals per the instructions in the RFP 241106 Employee Healthcare and Benefits Insurance Broker and Consultant Services.

DBE/WBE/MBE and Section 3 participation is encouraged.
