Insurance Broker for

Multiple Insurance Lines

The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) hereby requests proposals from qualified firms to provide insurance broker services for multiple lines. To obtain a copy of the proposal documents, please contact OHA’s Procurement Department at contracts@ohauthority.org.

Packets will be available on Monday, February 3, 2025 at 8:00 A.M.

Pre-Proposal Conference on Thursday, February 13th, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. via Zoom. The link can be found in the RFP document.

Deadline for questions is Friday, February 28th, 2025 at 2:00 P.M.

Proposal submission deadline for the project is Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 2:00 P.M.

Please submit all proposals per the instructions in the RFP 241105 Insurance Broker for Multiple Insurance Lines.

DBE/WBE/MBE and Section 3 participation is encouraged.
