The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) hereby requests proposals from qualified firms to perform title insurance, escrow and related services for OHA located in the City of Omaha. To obtain a copy of the proposal documents, please contact OHA’s Procurement department at contracts@ohauthority.org.

Packets will be available on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 8:00 A.M.

Pre-Proposal Conference on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 2:00 P.M.

The deadline for questions for the project is Friday, January 3, 2025 at 2:00 P.M.

Proposal submission deadline for the project is Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. CST.

Please submit all bids per the instructions in the RFP 240626 Title Insurance, Escrow and Related Services.

DBE/WBE/MBE and Section 3 participation is encouraged.
