INVITATION TO PROPOSE

RUNWAY WEATHER INFORMATION SYSTEM (RWIS)

PROJECT NUMBER CEB 26-13A

OMAHA AIRPORT AUTHORITY

The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive proposals for the project titled Runway Weather Information System, Project Number CEB 26-13A.

Scope of project is to install a Runway Weather Information System (RWIS) that is comprised of six (6) runway surface sensors and one (1) atmospheric sensor station.

A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held at 3:00 pm Central Time on September 10, 2026.

Proposals will be received electronically until 2:00 p.m., on September 30, 2026. Reference the section titled Instructions to Proposers for specific information concerning how the proposal is submitted.

The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
