REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Omaha Airport Authority (OAA) is soliciting statements of qualifications from consultants that may be required to perform professional consulting, and project related subject matter expert services for the newly designed Baggage Handling System (BHS) for the Terminal Modernization Program at Eppley Airfield, Omaha Nebraska. The OAA has a contract with Holder Construction for design-build services for the Terminal Modernization Program.
The Scope of Work, hereinafter referred to as the Work will be administered by OAA’s Program Management Team (PMT) and includes, but is not limited to, supporting and assisting all activities relating to the BHS for PMT’s and the consultant’s use and guidance in implementing the Work. The consultant will provide all personnel, facilities, testing equipment, transportation, materials and supplies as required by the consultant to develop, implement, and execute the Work.
Prospective consultants are advised that during the performance of the Agreement, Consultant, for itself, its assignees, and successors in interest agrees to comply with the Title VI list of pertinent non-discrimination acts and authorities as described in the Agreement.
Statement of Qualifications
The purpose of this notice is to invite qualified, interested firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications. In support of this invitation, the information presented in subsequent sections of this document is designed to acquaint interested firms with the specific information to be submitted, and how the consultant selection process will be accomplished by the Omaha Airport Authority.
Interested consultants may obtain a Request for Qualifications information packet from the Omaha Airport Authority by e-mailing Colleen Taul at colleen.taul@flyoma.com. The statement of qualifications submitted must follow the guidelines provided in the packet to be considered. Consultants desiring to be considered should submit six copies of their statement of qualifications with related experience and references to the following address no later than 2:00 p.m. March 1, 2024:
