CCTV CAMERA UPGRADE TO NORTH GARAGE – 3RD & 4TH FLOOR

Eppley Airfield - Omaha, Nebraska

The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive Bids for the project titled CCTV CAMERA UPGRADE TO NORTH GARAGE – 3RD & 4TH FLOOR.  Combined construction will include installation of conduit, pull boxes, data cabling, fiber optic cabling, physical installation of cameras and miscellaneous Items.  Substantial Completion of the project must be completed within the contract times indicated below:

Substantial completion of the project must be achieved within 90 (Ninety) working days of a start date which shall be identified in the Notice to Proceed letter and which shall be agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., on January 20, 2023, in the Airport Authority offices, Second Level, Eppley Airfield Terminal Building, Omaha, Nebraska, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud.

A project review conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on January 13, 2023, in the office of the Omaha Airport Authority, Eppley Airfield, Omaha, Nebraska.  A site inspection will follow the project review conference.

A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid is required.

The selected contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract.

The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
