(RAD) CONSULTING SERVICES

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA and/or the Authority) is seeking proposals from consultants to provide services to assist in the conversion of affordable housing through the RAD program.

The proposal deadline for the project is December 19, 2022, at 2 pm.

OHA is seeking bids from independent contractors with demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide for a the rebuild after the remediation at the Crown Tower Apartments located at 5904 Henninger Dr. Omaha, NE. as specified in IFB 221108.
