As of Oct. 1, Oak Investment Real Estate is the new business on the block on Leavenworth Street.

Located at 3219 Leavenworth St., the Omaha-based, full-service commercial real estate brokerage was founded by commercial real estate brokers John Heine, Spencer Goldenberg and Dani Berke. They are joined by Marketing Director Colten Adams and Asset/Property Manager Carol Samway.

The office looks north onto Leavenworth Street across from Alderman’s Bar, and features a modern, open floorplan inside.

Oak helps investors buy and sell multifamily and commercial investment properties in the Omaha market. The firm offers services across all sectors — industrial, office, retail, land and multifamily. Services include, investment property sales, owner/user sales, landlord and tenant representation, sale-leaseback and asset management.

“We’re a full-service brokerage company, so we want to serve someone who owns multifamily, commercial or other investment real estate," Goldenberg said. “The company’s foundation, the reason we’re able to have the funds necessary to even start a business, is because of investment sales and multi-family … that’s the bread and butter of our business.”
