New Lawyers Admitted to Practice of Law in Nebraska


A swearing-in ceremony was held for new attorneys at Pinewood Bowl Amphitheater in Lincoln, Sept. 15, 2020. Berry Law welcomed three new attorneys: Montana Crow, a Creighton University School of Law graduate who will work on veterans law; David Hoeser, an Army veteran and University of Nebraska College of Law graduate who will work on veterans law; and Carey Collingham, a Nebraska Law graduate who will work on civil matters and personal injury cases. The Nebraska State Bar Commission received the Supreme Court’s approval of its recommendation for admission to the practice of law in the State of Nebraska for those having fulfilled all of the requirements under Rule § 3-117 for admission. 

A swearing-in ceremony took place Sept. 15 both in person at Pinewood Bowl Amphitheater and simultaneously using WebEx video conferencing technology for those who couldn’t attend in person due to COVID-19. The following individuals participated in the ceremony:
