Nebraska Supreme Court Updates Rules, Fees For Pro Hac Vice Admission
The Nebraska Supreme Court adopted a rule amendment regarding pro hac vice admission for attorneys practicing in the state.
On June 26, the court adopted the changes to Nebraska Supreme Court Rules Sect. 3-122 that requires a separate motion from associated counsel licensed in Nebraska for reach case where an outside attorney requests pro hac vice admission. One motion is allowed for cases consolidated by order of the court.
