Thirty-six Nebraska companies received at least $5 million from the federal Paycheck Protection Program, while a total of 514 companies in the state received at least $1 million in funding.

The loans can be forgiven if at least 60% of the money is used for payroll. The maximum PPP loan is for $10 million. The loans carry a 1% interest rate and have deferred payments for six months.

The government released the names of companies receiving at least $150,000 PPP loans as well as data on the remaining loans that does not identify businesses.

(Omaha); Busco Inc. (Omaha); BWS Leasing Inc (Omaha); Cheyenne County Hospital Association Inc (Sidney); Cooperative Producers Inc. (Hastings); Data Systems Inc. (Omaha); DRM Inc. (Omaha); E&N Inc. (Elkhorn); FBG Service Corporation (Omaha); Flagship Restaurant Group LLC (Omaha); Fremont Contract Carriers Inc. (Fremont); Fusion Holdings Inc. (Omaha); HCI Management Services Company (Winnebago); Heritage Holdings L.P. (Omaha); Jet Linx Aviation LLC (Omaha); Kearney Regional Medical Center LLC (Kearney); Landmark Implement Inc (Holdrege); Lutz & Company PC (Omaha); Mainelli Mechanical Contractors Inc.
