PUBLIC NOTICE

The Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA) and the City of Council Bluffs are issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the City of Council Bluffs Multimodal Connection and Expansion Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study.

Consultants are invited to submit qualifications for accomplishments of the items of work described in the RFQ. 

The purpose of this project is to conduct a PEL study identifying purpose and need, the range of possible alternatives (with subsequent screening of unreasonable alternatives), and proposed evaluation criteria for connections to existing and future multimodal networks within the proposed alternatives study area.

Proposals must be submitted to MAPA by 4:30 p.m. CDT July 13, 2023.
