Iowa Officials Seek Donations of Handmade Cotton Masks
Council Bluffs, Iowa – There is a national shortage of commercially-produced personal protective equipment, including face masks.
Due to the current limitations on supplies of face masks, there may come a time during this response when commercially manufactured masks are no longer readily available. Area residents who would like to support health care providers can construct homemade cloth masks that could be worn by healthcare providers during patient care.
