IGNITE Series: Small Business Legal Estate Planning

Tosha Rae Heavican, Partner Attorney for HIghtower Reff Law, will focus on two primary topics small business owners should have knowledge about; basic planning for your employees and estate & succession planning for yourself. The goal is to ensure that you and those around you are as prepared as possible for the unexpected. We will discuss wills, trusts, powers of attorney, as well as buy/sell agreements and other planning tools to make transitions of any kind as smooth as possible.
