Help Stop Nebraska Voter Fraud Today!

Nebraska Secretary of State Bob Evnen has said that he has no problem turning the state’s voting records over to the Federal Government, but he can’t do it just yet until a lawsuit gets settled.
Even though there is no evidence of widespread voter fraud, that isn’t stopping the Republicans from stoking the fear.
But there is voter fraud here in Nebraska it just didn’t happen on election day. It happened after the votes were counted. Because the voter fraud is being perpetrated by the Pillen administration.
The voter information that the Secretary of State is willing to give up includes the personal information of the 71% of Nebraskans who voted to legalize medical marijuana in the state. An election outcome this administration is refusing to follow.
By now, according to the law, the patients dealing with epilepsy, chronic pain, Parkinson’s and Chron’s diseases plus other ailments should have access to what the people voted for.
I would suggest that Governor Pillen, AG Mike Hilgers, Senator Pete Ricketts, and their accomplishes in the Unicameral are committing voter fraud by failing to fully implement what the voters approved. They’ve already missed the October 1st deadline set forth in the ballot measure.
The Medical Cannabis Rules and Regulations committee is trying to put in place regulations that would prohibit the raw marijuana plant, edibles, or vaporized cannabis to be consumed. They have limited the number of locations that can dispense medical marijuana and have put restriction on the medical professionals that can prescribe it., blatantly giving the voters the middle finger.
There is one last chance for our voices to be heard and that’s today, Wednesday, October 15th at the final public hearing for the Rules and Regulations committee. The hearing will be held at 1PM at the State Office building 301 Centennial Mall South in Lincoln. A rally will be held one hour prior to the meeting.
But once again the voice of the people is being muted as no members of the governor’s appointed commission are planning on attending this regulatory meeting.
The other day, two of the up to four cultivator licenses that should have been issued prior to the October 1st were awarded. It’s amazing that the commission even allocated two licenses since the Attorney General threatened a lawsuit against the commission if they went through with their voter mandated responsibilities.
Even if you voted against legalizing medical marijuana you should still be outraged at the stunts this administration is pulling. They are acting unitarily to change the results of the free and fair election. Show your concern that if they can ignore the voters on this, they can do the same somewhere down the line for an issue you support.
Stand up to this government sanctioned voter fraud.

Let your friends, family, and coworkers know what’s going on so they too can send an email if they can’t be there in person.
Governor Pillen, Senator Ricketts, and all the others are betting that you won’t show up or send an email, and they can continue to do what they’re doing under the radar. We can’t give them that satisfaction.
The arrogance of this administration doesn’t just apply to the medical marijuana issue. They continue to stonewall and block information pertaining to the Immigrant Detention Center in McCook.
And the governor is looking into redistricting the second district to give his party a better chance at winning the midterms. In effect trying to silence the voice of even more voters.
Pillen is taking a page out of the Washington DC Republican playbook and is working to turn Nebraska into an autocracy as well. I wonder if he’ll send National Guard troops to the streets of Omaha and Lincoln any time soon. After all both cities have Democrat mayors.
Republicans can’t only accept the results of an election if they win. They must respect the decision of the people when they lose as well. Governor Pillen, Senator Ricketts, and Attorney General Hilgers you need to accept that you lost this battle.
The Trump administration wants our voter information to supposedly make sure the elections are secure, but voter security is a two-way street.
There is no voter fraud on election day, but what about the fraud that happens after that day? We need to stop the fraud that is the Nebraska Medical Marijuana Regulatory Commission.
