BUILDING ASSOCIATION

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Members of the Nebraska Educational Building Association will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 11, 2023, at the Douglas County West Community Schools Central Office Board Room located at 401 South Pine Street in Valley, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the Douglas County West Community Schools Superintendent’s office located at 401 South Pine Street in Valley, Nebraska, during normal business hours.  Such agenda may include, but shall not be limited to, the following items: election of officers, adoption of rules of governance and organizational matters, and adoption of a resolution authorizing issuance of lease rental revenue bonds in a principal amount not to exceed $34,000,000 to finance facilities to be leased to Douglas County School District 0015 (Douglas County West Community Schools).
