NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that the Douglas County Planning Commission will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026 in the Douglas Room, first floor, 15335 West Maple Road, Omaha, NE 68116.

PUBLIC HEARING 

1. Application for a rezone from R-3 to AG of parcel 2400010104 

2. Application for Special Use Permit for a campground for Lake Platteview, parcel 2400010104 

3. Text amendment update to the Douglas County zoning regulations in regard to construction/contracting businesses 

4. Amendment to the Douglas County Planning Commission by-laws
