To whom it may concern: Report has been made by the County Board of Douglas County, Nebraska by the clerk of the district or county court of the county, which report shows that there is now and has been for the last six months remaining in the hands of the clerk/comptroller certain witness fees which have been uncalled for. If the fees are not called for within six months from April 4, 2023, they will be considered as forfeited and will be paid into the common school fund of Douglas County.

NOTICE

The members of the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission will convene a special meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2023, in the Legislative Chamber, Room LC-4, in the Omaha-Douglas Civic, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska. An agenda for said meeting, kept continually current, is available for public inspection in the Office of the Administrator, Civic Center Suite 1205, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, but the Commission shall have the right to modify the agenda at said meeting when convened.  If a signer is needed, please call our office at least five days prior to the meeting.
