NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held before the Douglas County Zoning Board of Adjustment at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 in the Douglas Room, first floor, 15335 West Maple Road.

1.  John Keiser, applicant, 8301 N. 250th Ct., Douglas County, NE 68064, Parcel ID 2214156022, Shorty’s Lakes Lot 12 Block 0, request for a variance specific to Section 4.13 of the Douglas County Zoning Regulations, specifically a waiver of the 50’ front yard setback requirement to provide for the construction of a single family dwelling unit with a 31.7’ front yard setback.
