A public hearing will be held by the Douglas County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska regarding the vacation of a portion of Rainwood Road Right-of-Way west of 156th Street. Further information, including a plan showing the exact area to be vacated, is available for viewing at the office of the Douglas County Engineer, 15505 West Maple Road, Omaha, Nebraska.

Notice is hereby given that the Douglas County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 during the 9 A.M. meeting in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha-Douglas Civic Center (1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska) to permit discussion and the presentation of testimony or evidence of interested persons regarding proposed revisions to the Douglas County Department of General Assistance Guidelines. This meeting will be open to the public.
