NOTICE OF SPECIAL HEARING
TO SET FINAL TAX RATES
The Board of Equalization in Douglas County, is hereby giving Public Notice, in compliance with the provisions of the State Statute Section 77-1601.02, that the governing body will meet on the 13th day of October, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the Legislative Chamber, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska for the purpose of hearing the justification for approving necessary adjustments to the tax levies through a resolution which sets the necessary rates of taxation sufficient to provide for the operation of all functions of county government.
