What are your connections to the community?
Born to Jacob and Doris Williams in Omaha NE, single and no children. A member of The Church of the Living God, CWFF.
What experience do you bring to the office?
I was elected to the Learning Community of Douglas and Sarpy Counties Subcouncil 2 for 2017 to 2020.
What would one of your top priorities be?
I also promise to address the housing issues that have plagued North Omaha for many years: Improving home ownership, renovation of older homes, and building new affordable housing.
What motivated you to run for public office?
Omaha deserves a future with endless possibilities and I hope to be part of the leadership council to lead it to that future.
What’s the biggest issue that Omaha faces?
Omaha is a growing city and one of the things needed for this to happen in a healthy environment is for the city to have good paying jobs; jobs that will last now and to into the future. I believe that one such avenue can be found in manufacturing reusable and solar energy sources. These jobs will be backed with new technologies and research done by local universities and new businesses focusing on technology. These jobs will improve the income of Omaha and North Omaha.
Is there anything else you want to tell voters?
I’m asking for your donation to help me accomplish this.
