The next installment in the CRE Summit’s virtual discussion series is Wednesday, June 3, at noon and will focus on resolving conflicts among landlords, tenants and lenders.

The CRE Summit Board of Directors will offer a refresher on mediation, offering solutions on how landlords, tenants and lenders can navigate the tough issues resulting from the coronavirus pandemic.

Panelists will include Lindsay Banks, associate broker, The Lerner Company; Greg Cutchall, CEO  and founder, Cutchall Management; Matt Dwyer, principal, Greenslate Development; Nancy K. Johnson, president & CEO, NK Johnson Commercial Real Estate Advisors; Samantha Mosser, president, ACCESSbank; and Jerry Slusky partner at Smith Slusky Law and president of SB Communities.

Slusky, who is a certified mediator, will present two hypothetical scenarios for mediation where office and retail tenants ask their landlords for reduced rent due to the coronavirus.

One hour of continuing education credit is being offered for Nebraska attorneys, real estate and insurance professionals as well as Iowa attorneys. The event is being offered for free.
