PUBLIC NOTICE

DOUGLAS COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

    You are hereby notified that public hearings will be held before the Douglas County Planning Commission on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 15335 W. Maple Road (the former Fitzgerald Veterans Home), Douglas Conference Room, First Floor, Omaha, 68116 at 6:00 p.m. concerning recommendations to the County Commissioners on the following matters:

    1. A rezoning request, Greg A. Classen – applicant, from AG and RR-2 to AG of an approximate 11.83-acre tract from part of the NE1/4 of Section 4, and part of the N1/2 of Section 3, all in Township 16 North-Range 10 East of the Sixth P.M. Parcel numbers involved are 0111560014 and 0111560006. General location is: east side of N.240^th Street, and south of 14711 N. 240^th Street.

    2. A farmstead lot split application for a preliminary plat, final plat and rezoning (from AG to RR-2), Steve Parson, Terri Parson, Jean Wilcox, Ryan Radant, and Erin Radant – applicants, of proposed Lot 1 of Parson Subdivision in the E1/2 SW1/4 of Section 10-Township 16 North-Range 9 East of the Sixth P.M. Parcel number 0101420000. Address: 30750 Bennington Road.

    3. A farmstead lot split application for a preliminary plat, final plat and rezoning (from AG to RR-2), Larry Dyer – applicant, of proposed Lot 1 of Dyer Acres 2nd Subdivision, in the NW1/4 SW1/4, S1/2 NW1/4 and NW1/4 NW1/4, all in Section 9-Township 14 North-Range 10 East of the Sixth P.M. Parcel numbers involved are 0105000000, 0104830000, and 0104800000. General location is: east side of 255th Street, approximately ½ mile south of Q Street.
