NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the Douglas County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska regarding the Douglas County One-and-Six year Highway Improvement Plan, presented by the Douglas County Engineer.

NOTICE
Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-1315, this notice signifies that the real property assessment roll has been completed for 2019, notices of valuation change have been mailed, and that the final date for filing valuation protests with the Douglas County Board of Equalization is July 1, 2019.
Further, the levels of value in Douglas County, as approved by the Nebraska Tax Equalization and Review Commission for 2019 are:
Residential: 94% Commercial: 95% Agricultural Special Valuation: 72%
