Residential Heating and

Air Conditioning Service (HVAC)

Omaha Housing Authority is issuing an IFB seeking qualified HVAC Contractors with experience repairing or replacing Residential HVAC Systems

The purpose of this IFB is to form a pool of qualified HVAC contractors that OHA may contact for HVAC Repair and Replacement Services. This work will be on an as needed basis for preventative maintenance, routine/non-routine service calls, and emergency service calls for all OHA properties.

IFB packets will be available on Monday, August 31, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. Request packets via email at contracts@ohauthority.org

There will be a Pre-Bid Zoom meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. Please send an email to contracts@ohauthority.org for an invitation.

Deadline for Proposal submission is Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102. Proposals will be marked: Attn: Murphy Knight – Residential HVAC Service-IFB
