Flooring Replacement Service

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is seeking Bids from qualified contractors for complete installation of Carpet, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), and other flooring products at all OHA properties. The vendor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the work set forth in Contract Requirements. The OHA will award a contract to one or more qualified contractors.

IFB packets will be available on Thursday February 11, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.

There will be a Pre-Bid Zoom meeting on Thursday February 18, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.  Please send an email to contracts@ohauthority.org for an invitation.

Deadline for Proposal submission is Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
