Submittals are to include: one (1) original, two (2) hard copies, and two (2) electronic copies (USB Flash Drive) of their entire proposal.

As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a bid bond statement must accompany the bid in the amount of:

This project does not require the bidder to submit an Economic Equity and Inclusion Program (EEIP) Plan or an approved EEIP Certificate with their bid.

Submission of the AIF after bids have been opened will not be accepted.
