REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Sealed proposals are invited and will be received on or before the closing date/time, 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. Bidding documents may also be found on the new Douglas County Ionwave electronic bidding website: douglascountypurchasing.ionwave.net
Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed closing date and time. The City/County is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to the same.

Sealed proposals will be opened and read by the City Clerk on the closing date/time before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a bid bond statement must accompany the bid in the amount of:

Failure to do so will be cause for rejection.
The City of Omaha reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
