This project has been identified to have 25% SB/SEB contractor participation.  Refer to Sections 00220 and 00221 for additional information.

General Contractor shall self-perform with its own workforce a minimum of thirty percent (30%) of the total cost of the Contract.  Purchasing of materials does not qualify as self-performing the Work.
