There will be a non-mandatory, pre-bid meeting on FEBRUARY 8, 2023 at 2:00PM. The meeting will be held at CRYER POOL, 11783 CRYER AVENUE.
This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 & 2 categories for 0% of the total bid amount. For additional information see Specification Section 00 20 00, ‘Instructions to Bidders”, Part 2.16, “Utilization of Small and Emerging Small Business”.
This project does not require the bidder to submit an Economic Equity and Inclusion Program (EEIP) Plan or an approved EEIP Certificate with their bid.

Notice is hereby given that the OMAHA CITY CLERK will receive sealed bids until WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2023 AT 11:00 A.M. FOR DOUGLAS CO. PROJECT NO. C-28(571) FORT STREET IMPROVEMENTS, 184TH STREET TO 195TH STREET (GRADING, PAVING, AND EROSION CONTROL).
Bids are to be submitted on the proposal forms and in accordance with plans and specifications available at www.questcdn.com. This envelope is to be placed in another envelope, which shall be sealed and addressed to the County Clerk.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Surety Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract.
