ENGINEERING SERVICES
The City of Omaha Public Works Department is requesting proposals for preliminary and final design services for single lane roundabouts at the intersections of 50th and Farnam Street and 52nd and Farnam Street. Sidewalks and storm sewer improvements are anticipated be installed as part of the intersection improvements.
Interested firms may request a detailed scope of work by emailing their requests to ae.selection@cityofomaha.org or by writing to the Public Works Department, Attention: Sylvia, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, NE 68183 prior to December 14, 2022.

for opening in public in LC-4, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center at the above time and date.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that contract will be entered into should award be made thereon, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany bid. City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, and the bidders shall have the right to appeal any decision to the City Council.

and must be on file in his office on or before 11:00 a.m., on the bid opening date at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany the bid. Failure to do so will be cause for rejection.
The City of Omaha and Douglas County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
