OF ORDINANCE NO. 816

 

Public notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Valley, Nebraska, held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. on September 10, 2024 the following ordinance was passed and adopted:

 

ORDINANCE NO. 816

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VALLEY, NEBRASKA TO RATIFY ORDINANCE NO. 796, AS THE SAME APPEARED ON THE VALLEY CITY COUNCIL AGENDA ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2023, WHICH ORDINANCE (NO. 796) WAS AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE BUDGET STATEMENT TO BE TERMED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL; TO APPROPRIATE SUMS FOR NECESSARY EXPENSES FOR AND LIABILITIES FY2023-24 AS PROVIDED BY NEB. REV. STAT § 17-614; AND TO PROVIDE FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

Said Ordinance No. 816 is hereby published in pamphlet form, copies of which are available for public inspection and distribution at the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall in the City of Valley, Nebraska (203 N. Spruce Street).

OF ORDINANCE NO. 819

 

Public notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Valley, Nebraska, held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. on September 10, 2024 the following ordinance was passed and adopted:

 

ORDINANCE NO. 819

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING REGULATIONS OF VALLEY, DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, FINDING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT WAS DULY SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING BOARD OF VALLEY, DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, FOR ITS RECOMMENDATION AND THAT IT RECOMMENDED THE ADOPTION OF THE AMENDMENT; FINDING THAT NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUCH AMENDMENT WAS DULY GIVEN PRIOR TO THE HEARING AS PROVIDED BY LAW AND THAT SUCH PUBLIC HEARING WAS HAD THEREON; FINDING THAT THE ZONING MAP OF VALLEY, DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

 

LEGAL DESCRIPTION Armstrong Estates Lots 2 and 3 Block 0 shall be re-zoned from commercial to transitional ag

 

PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.

 

Said Ordinance No. 819 is hereby published in pamphlet form, copies of which are available for public inspection and distribution at the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall in the City of Valley, Nebraska (203 N. Spruce Street).

Public notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Valley, Nebraska, held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. on September 10, 2024 the following ordinance was passed and adopted:

 

ORDINANCE NO. 820

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VALLEY, NEBRASKA, TO ADOPT THE 2023 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE (NFPA 70 NEC 2023 EDITION) WITH AMENDMENTS TO THE CODE THAT WILL REMAIN ON THE 2017 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE (NFPA 70 NEC 2017 EDITION); THAT ANY ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION IN CONFLICT HEREWITH IS REPEALED; THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL, AND PUBLICATION IN PAMPHLET FORM.

 

Said Ordinance No. 820 is hereby published in pamphlet form, copies of which are available for public inspection and distribution at the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall in the City of Valley, Nebraska (203 N. Spruce Street).
