Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City Council of the City of Valley, Nebraska will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Valley City Hall.

Public Hearings will be held for the purpose of hearing testimony on the following:

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 53-135.01 and Valley Municipal Code Section 4-214. a hearing will be held to determine if the automatic renewal and continuation of the retail liquor license for 215 N. Spruce Street LLC d/b/a Simply Delicious Restaurant, 215 N. Spruce Street, Valley, Nebraska, should be allowed.

An agenda kept continuously current shall be available for public inspection at Valley City Hall (203 N. Spruce Street).
