Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City Council of the City of Valley, Nebraska will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Valley City Hall.

Public Hearings will be held for the purpose of hearing testimony on the following:

1.  Application for Conditional Use Permit–Beefcake Jerky/Dux Bux, 26099 Fort Cir. warehouse distribution

2.  Application for Conditional Use Permit – Jerry Smith, 25050 US Hwy 275 accessory structure exemption from commercial design standards

3.  Ordinance amendment to add enclosed trailer storage in residential

4.  Ordinance to create Miscellaneous Expenditure Policy per Neb. Rev. Stat. § 13-2203

An agenda kept continuously current shall be available for public inspection at Valley City Hall (203 N. Spruce Street).
