NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The City Council of the City of Valley, Nebraska will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.  An agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection at the principal office of this governing body.  The object of the Special Meeting is:

1.  Consideration of and vote on Resolution No. 2025-05: Resolution to direct the sale the manner and terms of the sale of certain personal property owned by the City of Valley, namely a Belgian Malinois canine, “Officer K-9 Sonic”.

2.  Discussion regarding Council authority over appointment and termination of City Officers.
