Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City of Valley Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. at Valley City Hall. PUBLIC HEARINGS will be held on the following:

1. Various Ordinance Amendments

• Kennel definition 

• Bicycle registration

• Dog license tags

• Allowable zones for various types of storage

• Library board term limits

• Sign Regulations

• Landscaping and screening requirements 

• Overlay district design standards 

2. Request for change of ordnance regarding storage of trailers in residential districts

3. Waiver from site design standards – Highway overlay district 

An agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection at Valley City Hall.
