NOTICE OF RENEWAL
OF RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 53-135.01 a liquor license may be automatically renewed for one year from May 1, 2025, for the following retail liquor licensee:
Casey’s General Stores, Inc.
d/b/a Casey’s Store
210 W Reichmuth Road
Valley, Nebraska 68064
Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of the automatic renewal of license may be filed by any resident of the City on or before February 10, 2025, in the office of the City Clerk; that in the event protests are filed by three or more such persons, a hearing will be had to determine whether continuation of said licensee should be allowed.
