Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City Council of the City of Valley, Nebraska will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Valley City Hall.

Public Hearings will be held for the purpose of hearing testimony on the following:

1   Preliminary Plat – Valley Lakes Business Park – Lots 1 through 6 a tract of land located in part of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼, Section 6, Township 15 North, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M., Douglas County, Nebraska. 

2   Preliminary Plat – Valley View – Lots 1 through 269 a tract of land part of the NW ¼ of Section 32, Township 15 north, Ragne 10 East of the 6th P.M. Douglas County, Nebraska.

An agenda kept continuously current shall be available for public inspection at Valley City Hall (203 N. Spruce Street).
