NOTICE OF REQUEST
FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
RALSTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS
SEYMOUR-MS-HS FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
1. PROJECT INFORMATION. Ralston Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM) to provide construction management at risk services for a Seymour-MS-HS Facilities Improvement Project, that is likely to include but not necessarily limited to a combination of renovation, remodeling, addition, and/or new construction likely resulting in, but not necessarily limited to, site work, interior upgrades, window replacement, office relocation, security vestibules, improvements to mechanical, air, & electrical systems, office expansion, career education renovations, new or updated classrooms, administration, supporting facilities, and related infrastructure and improvements at the Seymour Elementary, Ralston Middle School, and/or Ralston High School locations (the “Project”).
2. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION. Proposals will be received until 3:00 pm local time on July 12, 2023. Any proposal received after that time and date will not be opened or considered and will be returned to the CM.
3. INSTRUCTIONS. The RFP and Proposal Instructions may be obtained as follows:

The RFP and Proposal Instructions will be available between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. All Bidders who require hard copies of the RFP and Proposal Instructions shall place an order directly with A & D Technical Supply and shall pay all costs associated with printing and, if applicable, all shipping costs. Only full and complete sets will be printed; partial set orders are not allowed. Hard copy RFP and Proposal Instructions do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
4. INQUIRIES. All questions, inquiries, or requests for clarification should be submitted by email to Architect Pat Carson at pcarson@bcdm.net. Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions at Pre-Bid Conference by Addendum.
