REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Ralston is extending the deadline for submissions from March 1st, 2024 to April 15th, 2024.
The City of Ralston, Nebraska is seeking proposals from qualified developers for a redevelopment opportunity in the Hinge Redevelopment Area. The City is seeking a project for the Hinge 72 site that is consistent with the framework of the Downtown/Hinge Master Plan, but is flexible on developer preferences between commercial and residential investments.
Developers should submit all questions relating to the RFP and project as well as schedule meetings with the City of Ralston.
Developers shall provide to the City of Ralston 5 hard-copies and one digital copy of their proposal to the City of Ralston until Monday, April 15, 2024 at 5:00 PM at City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, NE 68127. Submissions received after this time shall be disqualified.
The RFP document is available in the City Clerk’s Office, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, NE 68127; by email at rhoppe@cityofralston.com or on the City of Ralston’s website at www.cityofralston.com.
The City of Ralston reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that do not meet the project requirements.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
CITY OF RALSTON
The Ralston Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, April 15, 2024, at 5:30 PM at Ralston City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street on a Second Amendment to the KEYFM Lakeview, L.L.C. Redevelopment Plan, pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law.
The City of Ralston has submitted a Second Amendment to the KEYFM Lakeview, L.L.C. Redevelopment Plan, which property is described as:
Lot 1, Lakeview Center, a subdivision in Douglas County, Nebraska (the “Site”), formerly being a part of the Lakeview golf course.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed Second Amendment to the KEYFM Lakeview, L.L.C. Redevelopment Plan for purposes of the Community Development Law. Copies of the proposed amendment, a map of the area affected and the cost-benefit analysis is on file and may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 5500 S.77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska or by email at mkelly@cityofralston.com.
