Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ralston, Nebraska at their regular meeting on March 4, 2025 passed and approved Ordinance No. 1338 in pamphlet form:

ORDINANCE NO. 1338

AN ORDINANCE TO UPDATE THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF RALSTON, NEBRASKA, BY INCORPORATING AMENDMENTS THERETO PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED BY ORDINANCES 1159, 1160, 1232, 1252, and 1253; TO REPEAL ANY ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH AND PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

ORDINANCE NO. 1339

AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE AND AMEND CHAPTER 15 OF THE RALSTON MUNICIPAL CODE TITLED “FLOODWAYS AND FRINGE FLOOD DISTRICTS”, SECTIONS 15-201.1, 15-301, 15-501.2; AND 15-501.3; TO PROVIDE FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL PROVISIONS OF THE RALSTON MUNICIPAL CODE WHICH ARE IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; TO PROVIDE FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND TO AUTHORIZE THAT SAID ORDINANCE BE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
