REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Ralston, Nebraska is seeking proposals for vendors to sell fireworks within the city limits. The contract will be a four-year contract with renewals each year.

The city is seeking to secure a qualified vendor(s) to provide fireworks sales.

Applicants shall be expected to conduct sales at two or more locations within the Ralston City limits, one of which shall be provided by the city on 84th St between Harrison St. and Monroe St. Applicant shall be solely responsible for securing the rights to any sales location on private property, and for erecting and operating all sales tents and stands. Applicant shall be solely responsible for providing staffing for all sales locations, whether by applicant’s employees or through third-party organizations or volunteers.

Short-listed contractors may or may not be asked to attend an in-person interview. The city intends to enter into an agreement with the successful contractor.

Contractors shall provide to the City of Ralston, NE 3 hard-copies and one digital copy of their response to this Request for Proposals. Responses shall be received by the City of Ralston until February 25, 2025 at 3:00 PM at City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, NE 68127. Submissions received after this time shall be disqualified.

The City of Ralston reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP.
