CITY OF RALSTON

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Ralston, Nebraska is seeking proposals from qualified landscape contractor firms to provide grounds maintenance services for City Parks, Streets, Ralston Connector Trail and miscellaneous rights-of-way, easements, retaining walls, and street hard surface and rock islands and nosings.  The City will consider multi-year proposals renewable on an annual basis.

Interested contractors must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on February 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Ralston City Hall, 5500 South 77th Street, Ralston, NE to review the scope of work, City requirements and ask questions.

Contractors shall provide to the City of Ralston 3 hard-copies and one digital copy of their response to this Request for Proposals.  Responses shall be received by the City of Ralston until March 2, 2022 at 3:00 PM at City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, NE 68127.  Submissions received after this time shall be disqualified.

The City of Ralston reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP.

NOTICE OF MEETING

Ralston’s Baright Public Library Board of Trustees will meet at 6:30 P.M. Thursday, February 17th  at the library, 5555 S 77 St.  An agenda, which is kept continuously current, is available for public inspection.  This meeting will also be available via ZOOM.  More information, including how to access the meeting, will be on the library’s website at ralstonlibrary.org.
