PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Ralston City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.  The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the 1st  reading of Ordinance No. 1339, an ordinance pertaining to revising and amending Chapter 15, “FLOODWAYS AND FRINGE FLOOD DISTRICTS”, SECTIONS 15-201.1, 15-301, 15-501.2; AND 15-501.3; of the Ralston Municipal Code.  Public comments will be accepted.  An agenda will be kept current and available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska 68127. Written comments should be addressed to the City Clerk at the above address.
