Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ralston, Nebraska at their regular meeting on December 19, 2023 passed and approved Ordinance No. 1325 in pamphlet form:

ORDINANCE NO. 1325

AN ORDINANCE REVISING CHAPTER 10, ARTICLE XVII, OF THE RALSTON MUNICIPAL CODE, RESTARUANTS AND DRINKING PLACES OCCUPATIOAL PRIVILEGE TAX, SECTION 10-1701 TITLED “DEFINITIONS”; TO REPEAL PROVISIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND TO AUTHORIZE THAT SAID ORDINANCE BE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.

CITY OF RALSTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Ralston, Nebraska, will be held at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 in the Council Chambers at Ralston City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, NE.  An agenda, which is kept continuously current is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Ralston, Nebraska is seeking proposals from qualified developers for a redevelopment opportunity in the Hinge Redevelopment Area.  The City is seeking a project for the Hinge 72 site that is consistent with the framework of the Downtown/Hinge Master Plan, but is flexible on developer preferences between commercial and residential investments.

Developers should submit all questions relating to the RFP and project as well as schedule meetings with the City of Ralston from January 2 - 31, 2024.

Developers shall provide to the City of Ralston 5 hard-copies and one digital copy of their proposal to the  City of Ralston until Friday, March 1, 2024 at 5:00 PM at City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, NE 68127.  Submissions received after this time shall be disqualified.

The RFP document is available in the City Clerk’s Office, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, NE 68127; by email at rhoppe@cityofralston.com or on the City of Ralston’s website at www.cityofralston.com.

The City of Ralston reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that do not meet the project requirements.
