PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

CITY OF RALSTON

The Ralston City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.  The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the 3rd reading of Ordinance No. 1335, an ordinance pertaining to revising and amending Chapter 11, Section 7-5 of the Ralston Municipal Code, Zoning -Fence Regulations.  Public comments will be accepted.

An agenda will be kept current and available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska 68127. Written comments should be addressed to the City Clerk at the above address.

INVITATION TO BID

CITY OF RALSTON

Sealed Proposals for the construction of “Oak Park Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, Ralston, NE” Embris Group Project No. 23-014.00, QuestCDN No. 9330446 will be received by the City Clerk at 5500 S. 77th St., Ralston, NE 68127 until 2:00 pm on the 30th day of October, 2024, and thereafter will be read aloud.

The work is generally described as follows:

•   Rehabilitation of approximately 1,100 LF of 8” sanitary sewer.

The project will be awarded as one (1) agreement as follows:

Proposals will be taken for said construction work listed above by unit prices.  All Proposals for said construction work must be made on blanks furnished by the Engineer.  Copies of the contract documents are on file with the City of Ralston for examination by bidders.  Complete digital project bidding documents are available at Embris Group’s website at embrisgroup.com for $22.00 utilizing QuestCDN.  In order to bid the project, the contract documents must be issued directly by Embris Group, LLC to the bidder.

The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to make awards on bids which furnish the materials and construction that will, in their opinion serve the best interests of the Owner, and also reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
