PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on July 16, 2019, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:
 
Class “CK” Liquor License for Club 120, Inc., dba “Hustler Club”, located at 2615 South 120^th Street.
 
Class “CK” Liquor License for Porky Butts BBQ, Inc., dba “Porky Butts BBQ”, located at 15475 Ruggles Street, Suites 105-107.
 
Class “C” Liquor License for Baba Budha Ji Hospitality, L.L.C., dba “Firewater Grille”, located at 7007 Grover Street.
 
Class “C” Liquor License for Farnam Heights Voodoo, LLC, dba “Voodoo Taco”, located at 2502 Farnam Street.
 
Class “D” Liquor License for FA & AI, Inc., dba “Midtown Gas and Grocery”, located at 1222 South 24^th Street.
 
Class “D” Liquor License for Made in Omaha, LLC, da “Made in Omaha”, located at 8722 Pacific Street.
 
Class “D” Liquor License for Sam 1, Inc., dba “Sam Mart”, located at 4854 “Q” Street.
 
Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
