Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Omaha met on April 16, 2019 and passed and approved the ordinances entitled:
ORDINANCE NO. 41785
AN ORDINANCE to approve a Major Amendment to a PUD-Planned Unit Development Overlay District located northeast of 27th and Cuming Streets, to approve the Development Plan, and to provide for an effective date. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section l. ln accordance with Sections 55-584 through 55-594 of the Omaha Municipal Code, a Major Amendment to the PUD-Planned Unit Development Overlay District and the Development Plan, attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved, for the following described land in Douglas County, Nebraska: NELSONS ADD-LOTS 1 TO 112 LOT 104 BLOCK 0 1/2 V AC ALLEYS & -EX PT FOR R-0- W- VAC 26TH ST ADJ & LTS I & 2 & -EX PT FOR R-0-W- LTS 3 THRU 6 COLLINS PL ADD & S 1/2 LT 33 & ALL LTS 40, 49, 52, 53, 55, 56 & 65 THRU 72 & 81 THRU 88, 97 THRU 100 &-EX PT FOR R-O-W- LTS 101 THRU 104 Section 2. ORDINANCE NO. 41788
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located at 1256 South 13th Street from GI-General Industrial District to NBD-Neighborhood Business District (property is located within an ACI-1 Overlay District). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that: The north 22.2 feet of the east 141 feet of Lot 9, Block 4, Kountze 3rd Addition, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, is hereby rezoned from GI-General Industrial District to NBD-Neighborhood Business District (property is located within an ACI-1 Overlay District). Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen (15) days from the date of its passage.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property southeast of 252nd and Blondo Streets from AG-Agricultural District and DR-Development Reserve District to AG-Agricultural District (property is located within the FF-Flood Fringe Overlay District). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that: Lot 2, Walton Addition Replat 1, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, is hereby rezoned from AG-Agricultural District and DR-Development Reserve District to AG-Agricultural District. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen (15) days from the date of its passage.

ORDINANCE NO. 41789
AN ORDINANCE to accept the bid from RTG Building Services, Inc. dba LP Building Services Group to provide window washing services for ten public libraries (W. Dale Clark Library, Milton R. Abrahams Branch, Benson Branch, Bess Johnson Elkhorn Branch, Florence Branch, Millard Branch, A.V. Sorensen Branch, W. Clarke Swanson Branch, Charles B. Washington Branch, and Willa Cather Branch), in accordance with the lowest bid submitted meeting specifications, for a period of two years, commencing upon approval; to authorize annual payments of approximately $13,165.00 and to provide an effective date. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. That, as recommended by the Mayor, in accordance with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter, the bid of RTG Building Services, Inc. dba LP Building Services Group, in the amount of approximately $13,165.00 annually, for window washing services for ten Omaha public libraries (W. Dale Clark Library, Milton R. Abrahams Branch, Benson Branch, Bess Johnson Elkhorn Branch, Florence Branch, Millard Branch, Branch, A. V. Sorensen Branch, W. Clarke Swanson Branch, Charles B. Washington Branch, and Willa Cather Branch), for a period of two years, commencing approximately April 15, 2019, is hereby accepted. Section 2. The bid price, the terms and conditions of which are on file in the City Clerk's office, shall be firm for the two year term. RTG Building Services, Inc. dba LP Building Services Group has on file a current Annual Contract Compliance Report Form (CC-1). As a City policy, the Human Rights and Relations Director will review each Contractor for compliance with the Contract Compliance Ordinance. Section 3. That the Finance Director is authorized to pay for such service from the 2019 and subsequent years Public Library Fund 11111, Organization 117014, Object 42261. Section 4. That this Ordinance, not being of legislative character, shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its date of passage.

ORDINANCE NO. 41790
AN ORDINANCE to approve the acceptance of and authorize disbursement over more than one fiscal year from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes, FY 2018 Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Grant, Award #NELHB0688-18, in the amount of three million, one hundred and six thousand, two hundred and seventy-one dollars ($3,106,271), match in the amount of five hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($550,000), and total program amount of three million, six hundred and fifty-six thousand, two hundred and seventy-one dollars ($3,656,271), during the project period extending from April 1, 2019 to September 30, 2022; to provide funding for lead hazard control services for up to 150 housing units in targeted areas of substandard housing; to authorize payment from such grant funding and involving appropriations of more than one year in conformity with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter; and, providing for the effective date hereof. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. That, as recommended by the Mayor, the acceptance of and disbursement from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes, FY 2018 Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Grant, Award #NELHB0688- 18, in the amount of three million, one hundred and six thousand, two hundred and seventy-one dollars ($3,106,271), match in the amount of five hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($550,000), and total program amount of three million, six hundred and fifty-six thousand, two hundred and seventy-one dollars ($3,656,271), during the project period extending from April 1, 2019 to September 30, 2022; to provide funding for lead hazard control services for up to 150 housing units in targeted areas of substandard housing, is hereby approved. Section 2. A copy of such Assistance Award/Amendment, Terms and Conditions, grant abstract and budget narrative is attached and by this reference made a part hereof. Section 3. That, the grant period extends from April 1, 2019 to September 30, 2022, commencing upon approval of this ordinance. In conformity with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter, approval of this Ordinance, involving appropriations of more than one year from receipts of grant funds and expenditures, is hereby authorized. Section 4. That, there is a total match of $550,000 with this grant award. The City of Omaha will provide a match of $100,000, the State of Nebraska will provide a match of $200,000, the Sherwood Foundation will provide a match of $200,000, and landlord contributions in the amount of $50,000. Section 5. That, this Ordinance, being administrative and not legislative in character, shall be in full force and take effect immediately upon passage.
